Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we do not accept insurance. However, we are able to provide superbills to patients, allowing them to submit claims directly to their insurance company for potential reimbursement if they have out-of-network benefits.
How much will it cost?
Dr. Ruba charges $150 per hour for all functional medicine related consults. She offers chiropractic exams for $65 and treatments for $55 to patients local to Remsen, Iowa. However, for patients who may find these rates challenging to afford, a sliding scale is available. Please contact us at info@nourishourhealth.com if you would like to discuss a negotiated rate. Current pricing information for all services at Nourish Health is available in the Patient Portal and are clearly marked when you go to book so there are no surprises.
Where can I find some testimonials about Dr. Ruba's treatment style?
Nourish Health has a google business profile and you can read our reviews here. You can also read reviews from Dr. Ruba's previous experience at Arne Wellness Center and Davis Square Chiropractic, but please note that a majority of these reviews were written under Dr. Ruba's maiden name, Dr. Lindsay Herzog.
I was a patient of Dr. Ruba's at a previous practice, do I have to start all over?
No! Please select "Follow-Up Functional Medicine Visit" when booking on the Patient Portal.
Do I have to have my visit over telehealth?
If you are local to Remsen, Iowa, Dr. Ruba would be happy to meet with you in person. Otherwise, the best option is to meet using the Patient Portal.
